David Gillespie
27 September 2019 @ 4:30 am - 6:30 am
David Gillespie is Australia’s most trusted non-fiction researcher and author. He is coming to Bathurst to share research from his latest book Teen Brain, a book that every parent needs to read. David is a former corporate lawyer, co-founder of a successful software company and technology investor, as well as the bestselling author of Sweet Poison, Big Fat Lies and more recently Teen Brain.
He says the usual teenage compulsions like smoking drinking and drug taking are in steep decline, as teenagers are now more likely to seek a pleasure hit from their screens.
Mr Gillespie will talk about:
– Device addicted teens
– The brain
– The facts
– Take away toolkit
– Best practice & testimonials
– Q&A session after the presentation
The seminar will be held at Charles Sturt University,
Building 1292
Room 2.23
Panorama Avenue, Bathurst.
