Director of Co-Curricular

Mr Justin Adams

Mr Adams has been a PDHPE teacher, Year Advisor and part-time lecturer. He has been Sportsmaster and head of PDHPE at The Scots School since 2004. He enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, playing golf, cycling, running, walking the dog and watching sport on television. He also enjoys cooking, catching up with family and tries to surf and fish during the school holidays. He attends Bathurst Presbyterian Church where he volunteers teaching Kids for Christ (Sunday School).

Mr Adams considers the integration of two great schools, which both have some wonderful co-curricular programs with extremely dedicated and talented staff, as unique and exciting. With it we have the chance to start anew and bring forward greater opportunities for the students and the staff. Mr Adams feels that a fresh approach to a compulsory co-curricular model that is more balanced and aligned to the academic, physical and social needs of the students is required. Whilst this will be a challenging role with some early hurdles, he is motivated and excited to lead the team of staff in the future.

Mr Adams believes that the new leadership team brings together some very experienced educators and prominent Bathurst community members who together will strive to make the new college a wonderful place to learn and work.
