Now in its Foundation Year, Scots All Saints College is emerging as the leading co-educational College of excellence for Pre-K to Year 2 students in the Central West. The newly merged College has consistently outperformed all other schools in the region in academic excellence in HSC results (All Saints’ College in 2018) and ranked number 1 and 2 in NAPLAN results for all Years from 3, 5, 7, 9 in 2018 (All Saints’ College and The Scots School).
The dedicated Senior School environment for mature learners from Years 9-12 is providing a fresh start to learning so students can be motivated to be the best they can be to finish strong. With learning support through the Independent Learning Centre, experienced teachers are available to help students plan and prepare assignments and prioritise their time so they are more organised to excel in their chosen subjects. Likewise, extension work to challenge and inspire students is offered through various programs and competitions to connect with others across the State and Australia such as, the Brain Bee Challenge and da Vinci Decathlon.
Scots All Saints College has a strong boarding family tradition with more than 130 boarders enjoying the ‘space to be’ in our recently renovated facilities at the picturesque Scots Campus in Bathurst. In response to families seeking a more convenient, one-stop school where sisters, bothers and cousins can stay together to live and learn at school, Scots All Saints College has announced the Extended Family Boarder Package. This is a multi-student discount for 3 or more students from the one family including siblings and cousins. In times of financial hardship and drought, it is important to provide a more affordable and smart choice for boarder families to access a quality independent education in regional NSW.
As boarding student Amabella Harvey, Year 9 from Cobar, explains “we can spend more time together here than we would at home. Parents like that we can both be on the same campus together, cuts driving time and more time to spend with us than in traffic. Really convenient and makes visits easier for them.”
We understand that choosing a boarding school can be a challenging decision so the College is offering students to come for a visit to ‘Try Us’. A ‘Try Boarding Sleepover’ gives students the idea of boarding and they are welcome to spend a day within our Middle School learning environment at All Saints Campus or join classes for a Try Senior School day. These events allow students to experience the facilities that are available on our senior campus, talk with teachers and discover a day in the life of a boarder.
Places are limited for ‘Try Day’ experiences, so please register your interest now. Please go to scotsallsaint.nsw.edu.au/tryus, talk to us on 6331 3911.
