2026 Device Drop-off and Set up

To ensure your child’s transition to Senior School is as smooth as possible, it is essential that their laptop is connected to our network and systems at commencement.

For local day students (and boarding students if travel/availability allows)

For students commencing at the start of the school year:

Book a time/day for IT setup of the new device using the button below. Book setup between Tuesday 20 January and Wednesday 28 January 2026. Booking portal closes Tuesday 27 January 2026, 3pm.

Drop off the new laptop to Karralee (Reception) on Senior School. On your booked day pls drop off your laptop to Senior School for software setup by our IT team.
Collection – our IT team will contact you when the laptop set up has been completed. The laptop will be ready and waiting for you to collect from the same location you dropped it off – Karralee building, upstairs in the board room.

For new day student enrolments during the school year:

Please contact contact the Senior School and ask to speak with the IT team to organise a suitable time to setup your device.

For boarding students

New and current boarding students commencing at the start of the year or during school year:

For new and current boarders unable to utilise the early setup booking system, rest assured boarding you can bring your device to school when you commence and leave it with the IT team to be configured. The IT team will advise the student during the day when the item will likely be ready for collection.

Our IT department has compiled a detailed list of requirements to help you purchase a laptop that meets Senior School student needs.
