After School Care – Current Families

After School Care

Kindergarten to Year 6: After School Care 3:15pm – 6pm

For Kindergarten to Year 6 students, After School Care is available on the Junior School Campus from 3:15 pm- 6:00pm and must be booked in advance via the After School Care form (Paperly). There is a flat charge of $21 per child or $26.50 per family (ie two or more children). Penalty fees for late pickups will be incurred at the rate of $16 for every fifteen (15) minutes or part thereof after 6pm.

Preparatory School: from 3:15pm – 5:00pm

Parents and carers can arrange directly with their child’s Prep teacher for their child to stay on in Prep from 3:15pm – 5pm.  There is no charge for a Prep student to stay from 3:15pm – 5:00pm. An After School Care booking form is not required to be completed for Prep students staying up to 5:00pm. 

Penalty fees for late pickups will be incurred at the rate of $16 for every fifteen (15) minutes or part thereof.

Preparatory School: After School Care 5:00pm – 6:00pm

If care is required for a Prep student from 5:00pm up to 6:00pm, this must be booked through the After School Care booking form (Paperly), in advance.

Prep students who are booked in to care after 5:00pm are relocated at that time to join the Junior School After School Care program through till 6:00pm. There is a charge of $21 per child or $26.50 per family for After School Care.

Penalty fees for late pickups will be incurred at the rate of $16 for every fifteen (15) minutes or part thereof.

Making an After School Care Booking

In order for your child to attend After School Care, you are required to complete several initial setup forms – Consent and Risk Minimisation forms –  and then a booking form can be submitted. A booking form can be used to make a one-off booking or for regular After School Care attendance. 

All forms are located in the parent’s Paperly account – please note there are forms for PREP ONLY and JS ONLY (K-6 students). Please complete the forms relevant to your child.

Before you book After School Care:

Log in to the Paperly web portal to access forms (this is not a smart phone app, it is a web-based platform).. 

Two initial After School Care setup forms must be completed to confirm your ability to book After School Care:

1. After School Care Consent Form; and

2. After School Care Risk Minimisation Form.

Submitting an After School Care booking:

Once these two initial forms have been received and approved, you can book care by completing an:

This form must be completed for your child to attend After School Care. 

It can be completed at any stage prior to 3.15 on the relevant day.
