After School Care for 2026
For Current 2026 Prep families
If your child WILL NOT require care after 5pm in 2026
No further action is required (you do not need to complete any After School Care forms). If you change your mind and wish to access care after 5pm, you will be required to complete the forms below prior to accessing care from 5-6pm.
If your child WILL require care from 5pm – 6pm in 2026
You will need to complete the forms in the QUICK LINKS section below, including After School Care Enrolment Form, and possibly the Risk Minimisation Form (for children with medical needs) prior to your child accessing After School Care from 5-6pm.
Note: You can complete the After School Care Booking / Cancellation form immediately prior to or on the day of the 5pm – 6pm care need.

What is the difference between After School Care and After School Instruction?
After School Instruction is a free service offered to Preparatory School students from 3.15pm – 5pm within the Prep School. This service requires pre-arrangement with the child’s Prep teacher (e.g. request note in diary). See details below.
After School Care is a service program available to Kinder – Year 6 students from 3.15pm – 6pm and to Prep students from 5pm – 6pm. Costs apply. See details below.
After School Instruction 2026
For Preparatory School Students from 3:15pm – 5:00pm
After School Instruction is available to Preparatory (Prep) students from 3.15pm – 5pm.
To Arrange
Parents and carers can arrange directly with their child’s Prep teacher for their child to stay on in Prep from 3:15pm – 5:00pm.
A booking form is not required to be completed for Prep students staying up to 5:00pm.
Location
After School Instruction program is located within a dedicated room in the Prep School.
Cost
There is no charge for a Prep student to stay from 3:15pm – 5:00pm.
After School Care 2026
For Preparatory School Students from 5:00pm – 6:00pm
For Junior School Students from 3:15pm – 6:00pm
After School Care is available to Preparatory (Prep) students from 5:00pm – 6:00pm and to Kinder to Year 6 students from 3:15pm – 6:00pm.
To Arrange
Step 1: Initial enrolment in After School Care program
Prior to making the child’s initial After School Care booking, it is necessary to enrol the student in the After School Care program by completing the enrolment form linked below.

* If your child has a medical condition a Risk Minimisation Form must also be completed.

Step 2: Book After School Care as needed
Once the student’s initial enrolment form/s have been completed, parents can then proceed to book After School Care by completing the following booking form:

To book, the After School Care – Booking and Cancellation Form can be submitted up to 3.15pm on the day required.
This booking form and the initial After School Care Enrolment form and Risk Minimisation Form (for chidren with a medical condition) must be completed for your child to attend After School Care.

Location
The After School Care program is located within a dedicated room in the Prep School.
For Prep students – At 5pm any Prep students requiring After School Care (5-6pm) beyond their After School Instruction period will be moved to join the Junior School After School Care program, also located in the Prep School area.
Cost
There is a charge of $21 per child or $26.50 per family for After School Care.
Penalty fees for late pickups will be incurred at the rate of $16 for every fifteen (15) minutes or part thereof, after 6pm.
