Student Meals, Recess, Lunch and Dining Options
The College offers catering for purchase to both Senior and Junior School students via the Flexischools App.
Delicious, nutritious meals are available with just a few clicks. Choose from a Term Meal Deal with catering every day of the week, or buy as needed.
Simply create a Flexischools account and add separate student profiles per sibling/student.Â

Junior School Students
Junior School student lunches can be purchased through Flexischools (parents will need to register for an account per student) and families have the option of:
- purchasing student lunch meals on a per term basis; or
- purchasing daily lunch orders as needed.
Orders need to be placed via the Flexischools App by 8.15am each morning and require full payment via credit card. Parents can register via the following link https://flexischools.com.au/ .
Please note recess is available for purchase.
Note: When payment on Flexischools is processed to your allocated card/ bank account the payment line item may appear as INLOOP PTY LTD which is Flexischools.
Meal order collection
Lunch orders on the Junior Campus need to be collected in class groups from the verandah at the rear of the Dining Hall on the Junior Campus.Â
Per day meal orders must be made prior to 8.15am the day of the intended consumption.
Per term meal deal orders must be processed prior to the first day of each new term.

Senior School Day Students
Senior School Day Students can purchase recess and lunch through Flexischools and families have the option of:
- purchasing student lunch meals on a full term basis; or
- purchasing daily lunch and/or recess orders as needed (orders must be made by 8.15am on day of meal collection)
Please note per term meal orders do not include recess – recess will need to be ordered as required per day, or funds loaded onto the student’s account for them to use at the Outdoor Café to purchase retail items if desired.

Meal order pickup
Students collect their recess and lunch orders from the designated collection point in the Dining Hall.
Outdoor Café
The Outdoor Café in the Pavilion on Senior Campus operates as a canteen during recess and lunch, selling a range of hot and cold items.
Cashless café
The Outdoor Café is cashless. Students can use their student ID cards (when their link to Flexischools is enabled), or an EFTPOS/bank card for purchases. Tapping smartphones is not an option for payment.
To enable student ID cards to be linked to Flexischools for purchases at the Outdoor Café parents need to note the ID card number on the student’s Flexischools profile and have funds loaded onto the student’s account in the Flexischools app.
How to connect student ID cards to a Flexischools profileÂ
- Log in to your Flexischools account
- See ‘Students’ – select specific Senior student to access their profile details
- In student profile see ‘School Settings’. Scroll down to see Student Card Number. Add the student’s id number noted on their Student ID card.
- Save. This connects the Flexischools student profile to Student ID card.
Year 7 and new students
New students to the College – including Year 7 students a the commencement of the school year – who do not yet have a student ID card can let the catering staff know their name at the café or Dining Hall and staff will be able to check their Flexischools account to view their order or funds available to spend.
