building lifelong learners
a unique educational experience in Junior School
2021 Commencement Pack
Welcome to the Junior School. Your child is at the centre of all we do at Scots All Saints College. Our vision of creating young men and women of integrity and compassion begins in the early years of their schooling with us. Operating from a spacious campus adjacent to the Middle School (5-8), Junior School (K-4) shares outstanding facilities and specialist educators, allowing us to offer a unique learning experience.
Our aim is to provide our students with a broad, engaging and challenging academic curriculum, a quality pastoral care and wellbeing program and diverse opportunities to develop, grow and learn. We promote a safe, positive learning environment that equips students with the knowledge and skills to become successful lifelong learners. We aim to instill a lifelong love of learning in our students. Our students enjoy coming to school to be motivated and engaged in their learning.
We encourage our students to be gracious, resilient problem solvers who are ready to make a positive contribution in their community. We want them to be proud of who they are, where they come from and their school. Our students know that good things will come through their efforts and achievement. We celebrate though regular chapel services, whole school activities, community events and assembles. In Junior School, it is important to celebrate the successes of our students and to acknowledge the efforts our children are making in all areas of their life.
Specialist teaching staff complement literacy and numeracy development in the Key Learning Areas of Music, Library, Language and Christian Studies. Outside the classroom a range of exciting opportunities complement our academic program including Highland dancing, Speech & Drama, Junior Strings Program and Orchestra and a range of sporting pursuits.
We look forward to welcoming you to these events and welcoming you and your family to our wonderful community here at Scots All Saints College, Bathurst.
