AICES Under 15 Netball team - competition winners

Netball

Progressing through a College-facilitated representative pathway, Year 9 student Milla Nelson represented the Association of Independent Co-educational Schools (AICES) Under 15 Netball Team at the NSW Combined Independent Schools (CIS) Championships, on Monday, 21st August at Netball Central.

The NSWCIS Championships draws players from independent schools across NSW to represent under the banners of six distinct associations, of which AICES is one.

The standard of the competition at the Championship was exceptional and from the outset, the AICES team, with Milla playing in the mid court, demonstrated their prowess and skills and were undefeated throughout the day. This dominance culminated in victory for AICES with Milla’s Under 15 team securing the gold medal. AICES also secured the win in the OPENs division making it a most memorable day for the association. We extend our congratulations to Milla for her wonderful contribution to this team.

Cricket

Eloise is also a member of NSW Cricket Academy.

Well done, Eloise! We wish you all the best at the Championships.
