AFTER SCHOOL CARE AND AFTER SCHOOL INSTRUCTION
After School Care and After School Instruction are offered on Junior School Campus as follows:
- After School Instruction for Prep students 3:15pm – 5:00pm (free)
- After School Care for Prep students from 5:00pm – 6:00pm (cost)
- After School Care for Junior School (K-Year 6) students from 3;15pm – 6:00pm (cost)
NOTE: Current College Prep and Junior School families wishing to book After School Care or After School Instruction (Prep) please go to the After School Care – Current Families web page.
General information regarding After School Care and After School Instruction programs provided by the College:
Kindergarten – Year 6
After School Care
For K- 6 students After School Care is available on request from 3:15 pm – 6:00 pm. There is a flat charge of $21 per child or $26.50 per family per day. Penalty fees will be incurred at the rate of $16 for every fifteen (15) minutes after that time. After School Care placements will be at the discretion of the College and will be allocated on a needs basis.
To arrange: Children must first be enrolled in the After School Care (ASC) program. Once enrolled in ASC, a booking form must be completed for children to attend care. The booking form can be completed any time prior to 3.15pm on the day ASC is required.

Preparatory School
After School Instruction
After School Instruction (ASI) for Prep students is available on request until 3.15pm – 5:00pm, at no charge. ASI is arranged directly with the Prep student’s teacher using the student’s diary.
After School Care
If care is required for a Prep student after 5:00pm up to 6:00pm, parents can book Prep students in to the After School Care (ASC) program. At 5:00pm Prep students requiring After School Care are moved from the Prep School rooms to join the Junior School After School Care program.
